Bangkok, SEPO reveals that state enterprises sent money to the national treasury in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, more than 63,680 million baht. Mr. Thibodi Wattanakul, Director of the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO), revealed that in the fiscal year 2024, the SEPO has a goal of collecting money for remittance of national revenue from state enterprises and businesses in which the Ministry of Finance holds lower shares. 50 percent (money sent to government revenue) in the amount of 175,000 million baht by the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2024 (1 October 2023 - 31 December 2023) SEPO can collect money sent to government revenue. From the operating results in 2023, the total amount is 63,680 million baht, or 36 percent of the collection target. In fiscal year 2024, higher than the cumulative target of 6,782 million baht, with the majority of national revenue remittances coming from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, Government Savings Bank, PTT Public Company Limited, Government Lo ttery Office. and the Government Housing Bank, etc., which are state enterprises that deliver the top 10 highest cumulative national revenues at the end of the first quarter of fiscal year 2024.
